**All solid sterling silver and .925 silver will tarnish in time. It needs to be cleaned regularly with a sterling silver cloth or liquid….maby once a month or once a year (If sealed with rhodium, it will take longer to tarnish). If the piece is left to tarnish without cleaning for several years, the tarnish may not come off. This is true with all sterling jewelry everywhere, not just sterling jewelry sold here.
