SteelJewelryBox.com does not give cash returns. 

*However, we will exchange the item for a different item of equal cost within 2 weeks of you/customer receiving the item. But first, You/ the customer will have to return the original item (with a reminder note of what you want it to be exchanged for & address & your email). You/ customer has to pay for shipping to us (use First class, it is much cheaper than Priority). We will then ship the exchanged item back to you First Class via USPS Post Service. We will not ask for payment on sending this exchanged item to you. Read lower paragraph to contact us.

*Sterling changing: Any .925 sterling silver sold ANYWHERE will change colors when the wearer is allergic to sterling silver. Or it will leave a black ashy mark on the skin for a couple of days. Because many people are not aware they are allergic to sterling silver, SteelJewelryBox.com will exchange the sterling jewelry for an equally cost item. Stainless steel will not react (thus is safe). Or you can choose a completely different type of jewelry. Read lower paragraph to contact us.

STAMPED .935 Jewelry FAILING A STERLING TEST; Jewelry stamped .925 BOUGHT ANYWHERE can still fail a sterling test. We will not refund cash on items for test fails but we will still exchange. *HERE IS WHY: Stamped .925 sterling items can fail a sterling test kit because .925 stamped jewelry is not the same as solid sterling silver jewelry. .925 stamped silver jewelry is 92% sterling and other metals. Quality .925 sterling silver items are coated with a hard Rhodium metal to help with durability & shine. Thus when tested, the rhodium mixes with the .925 silver, giving an unclear reading result. So we won’t give a cash return , but we will give the buyer an exchange after it is returned back to us (see how exchanging works in the first paragraph).
